What is the digital boarding pass?
It's the document you receive when booking via email in PDF or WhatsApp, and it contains information about your trip and the QR code that we will scan when boarding. 🤳🏽 You can store them in the digital wallet or wallet app on your mobile phone without the need to print them.
When and how do I receive them?

Routes from Mainland - Balearic Islands or Inter-Island (except Ibiza - Formentera) YOU WILL NOT receive the boarding passes at the time of booking, as you will need to check in 72 hours before your trip to obtain them.
📌 Trips on the fast ferry Ramón Llull, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Margarita Salas
If you're traveling on these ships, you will receive a confirmation email that will not include the boarding passes. 72 hours before your trip, you will receive an email to complete the online check-in process WITH the option to choose where you want to sit within your accommodation. 📌 Other ferries and fast ferries
If you travel on any other ship not mentioned above, the process is the same. You will receive a confirmation email that will not include the boarding passes. 72 hours before your trip, you will receive an email to complete the online check-in process WITHOUT the option to choose where you want to sit within your accommodation. - Ibiza - Formentera and other national routes
When making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with your boarding passes attached. You will also receive them via WhatsApp if you have indicated so.
For reservations on international routes, you will not receive digital boarding passes. You will need to go to the ticket office to obtain them.
When will you not receive them?
You will not receive digital boarding passes in the following cases:
- Large families traveling for the first time or with a gap of more than six months between trips.
- When we have been unable to validate your discount.
- Offers where it is specified in the conditions.
