On the Peninsula - Balearic Islands and Interisland routes (except Ibiza - Formentera), you will need to complete the check-in process to obtain your digital boarding passes. This process can be done 72 hours before your trip.
If you are traveling on the following ships you can select your seat and that of your companions:
- Ramon Llull
- Eleanor Roosevelt
- Margarita Salas

When to check in with seat selection
The check-in process is done to obtain digital boarding passes: When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email WITHOUT your digital boarding passes. To obtain them, you will need to complete the check-in process 72 hours before your trip.
72 hours before your trip, you can go to the My Reservations section and complete the check-in process with seat selection (as long as you are traveling on the ships mentioned above). You will see a map of the ship you are traveling on, like the one we have attached, and you will simply need to click on the desired seat.
We will automatically assign your seats. However, if you want to change your seat, you can do so, but please note that some seats have an additional cost that you will see when clicking on the seat.
If you do not check-in, you will receive your boarding passes starting 24 hours before the trip.
If you booked your trip less than 24 hours in advance, you will automatically receive your boarding passes, and you will not have the option to select a seat.
