On the Peninsula - Balearic Islands and Interisland routes (except Ibiza - Formentera), you will need to complete the check-in process to obtain your digital boarding passes. This process can be done 72 hours before your trip through My Reservations.
If you access the system and are unable to complete the check-in, review the following points:

- You have not confirmed your discount/large family status. In these cases, you will need to follow the usual procedure by showing the required documents at the ticket office.
- Your reservation is for groups
- Someone in your reservation has reduced mobility (PRM)
- Your reservation was made through an agency
