We facilitate the check-in process for all our ships. Depending on the ship you are traveling on, there are two options for check-in:

With accommodation selection: Applicable to the ships Ramon Llull and Eleanor Roosevelt (you can see how to do it here).

Without accommodation selection: Valid for the rest of our fleet.
For this second option:
When can I do it?
Upon making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking (without the boarding passes).
You can check in from 3 days up to 24 hours prior to the journey to download your boarding passes.
Why can't I check in?
You may not be able to check in if:

- You do not have confirmed discount/family status. In these cases, you will have to follow the usual procedure by showing the required documentation at the ticket office.
- Your reservation is for groups
- Someone in your reservation has reduced mobility (PMR)
- Your reservation has been made through an agency
*If you do not check in, you will receive the boarding passes 24 hours before boarding.
