Through the self-management panel found in the My reservations section on balearia.com, you can manage your ferry reservation comfortably, anywhere, anytime, and for free.
Among the data you can modify, you will find:
Change contact details: you can change the email and phone number.
Changes to your trip: you can change the travel dates and/or change the departure time.
- If the price of the ticket is higher with the change, you will need to pay the difference.
- If you had a promotional code, it will not apply to this price difference.
Manage passengers: you can change some personal details of the passengers, change accommodation, or add special assistance at any time (pregnant women, PMR passenger, etc.).
Manage pets: you can add pets to your reservation.
Manage vehicle: you can modify some details of your vehicle and/or add a vehicle if you did not previously have one in your reservation.
Add extra services: you can add extras to your trip such as onboard meals.
To make these changes and modifications, click on the Changes button and select from the dropdown what you want to change.
