If you have lost your boarding pass or need to request another one, you can do so automatically through our website. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the My Bookings section of our website.
- Have your booking reference and the ID or identification document you used for your booking handy.
- Once inside, go to the Boarding Passes section, which you will find in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click and select the method by which you would like to receive your boarding pass.
Remember that with your boarding pass and identification document, you can go directly to boarding without passing through the ticket office.
