You must select the vehicle checkbox and indicate the number of bicycles.
One bicycle per passenger can be boarded.
🚘🚲 If you board in a vehicle
If your bicycle or bicycles are attached to your vehicle:
1. Choose the type of vehicle you are traveling in (car or van, or caravan / motorhome) and press confirm.
2. Select the part of the vehicle where your bicycles are located:

On the top of the vehicle (roof): it will be considered as the total height of the vehicle from the ground to the highest part with the bicycle and load. This will incur an additional charge for the extra height.

On the back of the vehicle (tailgate, on a platform, or non-motorized trailer): The total length of the vehicle, from the beginning of the body to the rear end including the trailer, must not exceed 7 meters. If these measurements are exceeded, additional charges will be incurred per exceeded meter.
- If the bicycles are attached to the tailgate of the vehicle and the total length does not exceed 7 meters, they are considered included within the vehicle's dimensions.
- In the case of vans, commercial vehicles, caravans, or other types of special vehicles, the reservation will be made according to the total length.

Hitch/ball:
- Simple hitch: A bike hitch is attached and not on a platform with wheels.
- Platform hitch: Attached to a platform with wheels and towed by the main vehicle or tractor unit (processed as an additional trailer).

Trailer: In this case, it is processed as an additional trailer and indicates the length.
