• Loss, theft, and damage that, by accident or mistreatment, may befall the bicycle during the rental period, will be the responsibility of the renter. In the event of a bicycle breakdown, assistance will be provided by the rental company. The vehicles are insured for civil liability for damage to third parties.
• The renter receives the bicycle in perfect working order, which he checks at the time of taking charge.
• One-day rental is understood from 9:00 to 21:00.
• Any bicycle found without its corresponding lock will be removed by the company, without any right to claim. The renter is responsible for the lock provided by the company to lock the bicycles and must pay the amount of 20€ in case of loss or misuse of it.
• The bicycle must be returned to the same location where it was rented.

 Special conditions for electric bicycles

• It is the client's responsibility to maintain at all times the adequate and sufficient charge of the battery of the rented
  electric vehicle.
• In the event of assistance due to a discharged battery, the client will assume all costs incurred (towing, travel
  of operators, etc.) and the vehicle will only be replaced if availability allows. This replacement (if
  possible) will take place at our offices, with an additional charge of 50 € for the delivery of the vehicle outside of them.
• If no vehicles are available to make the change, the client will have to wait the necessary time for the
  battery to be fully recharged. Travel to our offices is at the client's own expense and risk.
• Upon returning the vehicle, it must have at least 30% battery. Otherwise, a charge for one full rental day will be applied.
