Important:

The reservation includes ferry tickets and car rental from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on the first day of arrival.
Additional supplements are paid at the rental office.

Rental Requirements:

• Present a valid driver's license and credit card.
• Minimum age: 21 years with 2 years of experience.
• Young drivers (21-24 years) pay an extra €3/day and cannot remove the excess.

Fuel and Fines:

• The client is responsible for fuel and fines.
• Return the car with sufficient fuel; refueling errors are at the client's expense.
• Return the fuel receipt when returning the vehicle.

Additional Supplements:

• Additional driver: €3/day, up to a maximum of €42.
• Child seats: €4/day, up to a maximum of €56.

Excess and Insurance:

• Full insurance with an excess of €800 + VAT. Removing the excess costs €20/day.
• Does not cover loss, theft, or damage to transported goods.

Vehicle Return:

• Return the car in the same condition it was received.
• Returns after 9:00 PM have a supplement of €35.
• If the seats are wet, a supplement of €50 will be charged.

Renter's Responsibilities:

• The renter is responsible for penalties for violations and must notify the lessor.
• It is forbidden to sublet or allow unauthorized persons to drive.
• Civil and criminal liability for the use of the vehicle.
• Does not include loss or breakage of keys, damage to tires or windows.
• Free deliveries during office hours; outside hours, a surcharge of €35.

Schedule and Vehicle Type:

Rental from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, extendable upon consultation.
Vehicle type Fiat Panda or similar, manual transmission.

Special Conditions for Electric Cars

Claims:

Maximum period for processing claims: 30 days from the service date.

Others:

VAT is borne by the client.
Any dispute will be resolved in the applicable courts.
Migjorn Rent Motos is the company responsible for any claim related to the service.
