If you're going to be travelling with your car, be sure to follow these steps:
- Make sure your vehicle's documentation and insurance are up to date.
- Be sure the vehicle that's going to board is the same as the one that appears on the ticket. Its length and height must match those indicated in the reservation. Otherwise, we can't guarantee the boarding of the vehicle.
- Go to the boarding with vehicle area sufficiently in advance. Check advance times here.
- When boarding, only the driver of the vehicle is allowed to board with it. The other passengers must board via the passenger accesses.Port employees will give you instructions and guidance for parking your car in the ship's hold.
- During the voyage, the ship's hold will remain closed. We recommend taking the luggage you'll need for the crossing.
