Requirements for Renting:
- Present a valid driver's license and a credit card.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Licenses: Moped license for 50cc scooters and car license with at least 3 years of experience for 125cc scooters.
Fuel and Supplements:
- Missing fuel will be charged with a supplement of 1 €/liter.
Excess and Insurance:
- Excess: 300€ + VAT for 50cc scooters and 500€ + VAT for 125cc scooters. Removing the excess costs: 10 €/day for 50cc scooters and 15 €/day for 125cc scooters.
- Civil liability insurance included.
Helmets and Accessories:
2 helmets are included per scooter, which must be returned in good condition. The loss or theft of a helmet will cost 40€.
Assistance and Return:
- Assistance in case of breakdown.
Return after 9:00 PM has a supplement of 20€.
Renter's Responsibilities:
- Return the scooter in the same condition as received.
- Pay fines for traffic violations.
- Do not use the scooter for transporting illegal goods.
- Civil and criminal liability for vehicle use.
- Subleasing or allowing others to drive without authorization is prohibited.
- Payment for damage caused by accidents, fires, or theft, unless a liability waiver supplement has been contracted.
Special Conditions for Electric scooters
- It is the customer's responsibility to always maintain an adequate and sufficient charge of the rented electric vehicle's battery.
- In case of assistance due to a discharged battery, the customer will bear all incurred costs (tow truck, operator travel, etc.), and the vehicle will only be replaced if available. This replacement (if possible) will be done at our offices, with an additional charge of 50 € for delivery outside of them.
- If no vehicles are available for replacement, the customer will have to wait the necessary time for a full battery recharge. The travel to our offices is at their own expense and risk.
- Upon returning the vehicle, it must have at least 30% battery. Otherwise, a full day's rental will be charged.

Terms of Use
- Service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- The company may refuse rental if deemed appropriate and withdraw the scooter if misused or if the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, fatigue, or illness.
- Helmet use is mandatory, and fines for not wearing it will be the renter's responsibility.
Others:
VAT is at the customer's expense.
Any dispute will be resolved in the applicable courts.
Migjorn Rent Motos is the company responsible for any service-related claims.
