You can board directly, without visiting the ticket window. You'll need to have these documents ready to board:
Documents required on all routes:
- Identification document (DNI, NIE, Passport) must be the original and be in force.
- Boarding pass (you can take it in print or digital format).
- Children under 14 who don't have an identification document can present the official Family Record Book or civil registration certificate. Also, they must travel accompanied, either by a parent or legal guardian.If another person is travelling with them, they must have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, in addition to the previously mentioned documents.

Morocco:you'll need to have your valid passport and the valid passport of everyone else on the reservation; if your country requires it, you'll also need a visa. Check here for countries that don't require a visa.
Additional documents on routes to Algeria.
If you're travelling to Algeria: you'll need to have your valid passport and the valid passport of everyone else on the reservation, in addition to a visa and an outbound and a return ticket.All countries must have a visa except for most Arab countries. (Check with your embassy or Algerian consulate closest to you).
Only in these cases you must go through the ticket office before boarding, accrediting your condition wit the original and valid supporting document (on the day of the trip or before):
- To pick up your boarding pass because you have a discount to claim (youth card, retiree, militaries with agreement showing the TIM, large family)
- To verify you're a resident (only if a SARA government system error occurs.) More info.
