What happens if my trip is cancelled for reasons beyond my control?

If your trip has been affected by an incident due to weather conditions*, operational or technical reasons, we will always offer you the available alternatives, regardless of your fare:

  • Change the departure or origin port, always close to the original one.
  • Change the schedule from the same port or a nearby one.
  • Modify your booking as needed.

 

It is VERY IMPORTANT that when making your reservation, you provide your mobile phone number so we can contact you via WhatsAPP or SMS. 

If you booked through a travel agency, make sure they provide your number and not theirs for important notifications.

If you included it, you will receive an SMS informing you of what happened, what alternative we are offering, and how to proceed.

 

*In case of cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure (without a travel alternative), we offer a free ticket change or a full refund. If the cancellation is not due to weather conditions and requires an overnight stay, please contact the delegation to learn about the conditions and management process.
