Services for people with reduced mobility - PRM

At Baleària, we offer special services and assistance for people with reduced mobility. In addition, our ships have adapted accommodations and facilities for passengers with special needs. These services include:  

• Adapted seats (with a folding armrest and seatbelt)
• Adapted bathrooms in common areas
• Safety anchors for wheelchairs
• Cabins equipped for this purpose, if available on the ship. 

We recommend indicating if you need assistance or have reduced mobility when making your reservation and at the time of boarding to receive the appropriate attention or help. Our onboard crew will inform you about the specific services available on the ship you are traveling on.
