Changes requested by you
If you need to make a change or modify your booking, you can easily do so through the secure channels we provide:
- Through the self-management system, in the My Bookings section of the website.
- By going to one of the Baleària physical ticket offices.
- By calling our customer service centre.
Changes made by Baleària
If Baleària has to make any changes or modifications to your booking, for any reason (sea conditions, vessel change, departure change, ...) an authorised Baleària agent will call you to inform you of the change.
In no case will the agent ask you to make financial transactions over the phone, nor send you SMS or WhatsApps with links to payment gateways. Likewise, they will not request personal or banking details from you.
If the change or modification involves an additional cost, we will notify you so that you can give your consent, and the cost will be charged to the same payment method and details used at the time of booking.
These are measures we put in place to prevent phishing, a type of fraud in which the scammer impersonates companies to deceive users by sending emails or text messages.
