The export by individuals of new vehicles, vehicles due to change of residence (CCR), or vehicles less than three years old to Algeria is subject to strict compliance with the customs regulations of the country of origin and the destination country. Verification and validation by our Freight department of the conformity of the documents related to the owner and the characteristics of the vehicle are mandatory for the authorization of the shipment of the vehicle intended for export. For this, the client must follow the steps below:

The client must first make a regular reservation (passenger + vehicle) through our website: https://www.balearia.com/fr, or by presenting themselves at our agency at the port of Valencia or through their travel agency.
The vehicle registered in the reservation must be the one intended for export, and its characteristics must comply with the customs rules for the export of vehicles by individuals to Algeria.
The vehicle must belong to one of the passengers listed in the reservation, or the driver must be duly authorized by the buyer.

Once the reservation for the passenger and the vehicle is confirmed, the client must obligatorily transmit to our Freight department the corresponding customs documentation accompanied by their reservation for validation no later than 72 hours before the travel date to the email address: export.algerie@balearia.com.

Once the validation of the reservation is confirmed by our Freight department, the client must appear at the port on the day of travel at least 4 hours before the departure time indicated on their ticket and be in possession of all the documents that were used for the validation of this reservation.

Once at the port, the client must pay the fixed amount of 100 euros for Freight Service Provision so that the passenger's boarding pass and the authorization for the boarding of the vehicle intended for export are issued.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The boarding of any vehicle intended exclusively for export with provisional registration or crossed-out registration card will not be authorized without the prior validation of the reservation by our Freight department, as indicated above.
