If you purchased your ticket with Armas Trasmediterránea before the transfer of the Alborán and Estrecho routes to Baleària and you have already used one of the journeys, you can request the cancellation of the pending journey.
To check if a refund is applicable:
- The conditions of the contracted fare will be reviewed.
- It will be verified whether a proportional refund is allowed.
- The amount corresponding to the unused journey will be calculated.
If the fare allows it, the proportional refund of the pending journey will be processed.
Can I receive a partial refund if I have only used part of the trip?
