Why do some changes to my booking require making a new booking?

During the transition process, some modifications cannot be applied directly to the original ticket.

When the change affects the price, services, route, or travel conditions, it may be necessary to create a new booking to:

  • Correctly apply the requested modifications.
  • Adjust the amount already paid.
  • Manage possible price differences or refunds.

This ensures that the modification is properly recorded in Baleària's current system.
