If you made your booking before the transfer of the Alborán and Straits routes to Baleària, it is possible that it is still registered in the previous system.
The easiest way to identify this is by checking your booking reference:
- Baleària bookings on Alborán and Straits routes: the reference usually combines letters and numbers.
- Bookings made previously with Armas Trasmediterránea: the reference is normally composed only of numbers.
