On the ships Margarita Salas and Mercedes Pinto you can listen to the audio from the televisions directly on your mobile phone or tablet via the ship's wifi.
✅What do you need?
- A mobile device (smartphone or tablet)
- Be connected to the ship's wifi
- The Sennheiser MobileConnect app installed
📲 How does it work?
- Connect to the ship's wifi
- Download the Sennheiser MobileConnect app on your device:
- Android: Sennheiser MobileConnect – Apps on Google Play
- iPhone (iOS): Sennheiser MobileConnect App - App Store
👉 If you do not have internet access to download it, go to SmartB and, within internet packs, activate the Audio WiFi product.
This service will allow you to download the app during the 10 minutes following its activation.
- Open the Sennheiser MobileConnect app
- Scan the QR code which you will find on a sticker near your accommodation
⚠️ Most common problems:
- Does not connect: Check that you are connected to the ship's wifi
- No audio: Check the device volume
- The app does not work properly: Close and reopen the app and reconnect the wifi
💡 Recommendation: We recommend downloading the app before boarding and using your own headphones for a better experience.
