For our customers' convenience, Baleària's booking system is integrated into the SARA telematic system of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, which enables verifying if as an EU resident of the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, you meet the requirements for obtaining a resident's discount.

If you meet the requirements, you can do your billing online. You'll only have to present an original and valid identification document when boarding. Spanish national ID (Spanish citizens except for children under 14) or national ID/Passport (foreign citizens). Resident children under one year old are not required to have a residence certificate.

If you don't meet the requirements, you must pick up your boarding pass at the ticket window, showing your original and valid resident certificate, if you are Spanish, and in the case of being a foreign member of the European Union, you must also present the Union Citizen Registration Certificate to be entitled to the bonus. In addition, you must present an original and valid identification document: DNI (Spanish citizens except those under 14 years of age) or DNI from your country/Passport (foreign citizens).
