- The booking holder... always!
- Other passengers in the booking who are members... get them!
- And if you travel by car and are the booking holder, extra points for you too!
However...
- Points are only awarded if the booking holder is a member.
- They will be assigned after boarding. And they expire 18 months after being assigned. That is, counting from the boarding date, not the booking date. Except for courtesy points, which expire six months from the day they are granted (these may be for compensation, etc.)
- Channel multipliers only affect the booking holder.
- Points can be transferred, you choose the amount. But only among members who traveled on the same day on the same ship. These transferred points cannot be transferred again (only one single transfer).
- Transferred points will always be those with the closest expiration date. Once transferred to the recipient member, they will keep the same original expiration date.
- Once the points have been redeemed and the corresponding voucher has been generated, it is not possible to reverse the transaction or refund the points used.
