How to correct errors in the name or document of a ferry ticket?

If you purchased your ticket with Armas Trasmediterránea before the transfer of the Alborán and Estrecho routes to Baleària, you can correct errors in the data as long as it is a typographical error.

This type of correction includes:

  • Incorrect letters in the first name or surnames.
  • Errors in the identity document number.

The process is as follows:

  1. Request the correction of the data.
  2. Update the booking information.
  3. Confirm that the data has been correctly modified.

These modifications are made without penalty and at no additional cost.

Please note that only minor corrections to the same passenger’s data are allowed. It is not possible to change the ticket holder to another person.
