If you purchased your ticket with Armas Trasmediterránea before the transfer of the Alborán routes to Baleària, the amount you have already paid is not lost.
When you request a change, the amount paid will be taken into account to calculate the new price of the booking:
- If the new amount is higher, you will only need to pay the difference.
In this way, the adjustment will be made taking into account the amount you had already paid.
What happens if the change involves a refund?
If the requested modification results in an amount in your favour, the corresponding refund will be processed once the booking has been updated.
The amount to be refunded will be calculated taking into account the amount already paid and the new travel conditions.
The refund will be made in accordance with the conditions applicable to your fare.
