SeaClub is now Baleària Club

Baleària Club, Baleària’s loyalty programme, is now available for the Canary Islands routes and will soon also integrate members of SeaClub from the Alborán and Strait routes.

In the coming weeks, we will begin the transition process for members of Alborán and Strait from SeaClub. This integration will allow a unified experience and offer the advantages of Baleària’s loyalty programme.

Do I need to take any action?

No. If you are a member of SeaClub on the Alborán and Strait routes, the transition will be automatic, so you do not need to take any steps.

You will also not need to register again. Once the migration is complete, you will only need to reset your password using your ID card, NIE, or passport as your identifier.

Your personal data, points and benefits will be automatically retained and will continue to be protected in accordance with current regulations.

What will happen now?

We will keep you informed of every step of the process and any news that may be of interest to you. In the meantime, you can continue using SeaClub as normal until the transition is complete.

Points accumulated in SeaClub will be automatically transferred to your Baleària Club account and will retain their equivalence. You will be able to use them on your upcoming trips and for the benefits available until 31/12/2026.

Migrated points cannot be transferred to another member. Only points generated from bookings on Baleària Canarias can be transferred, provided the established conditions are met.

Your current membership level will also be maintained, with its equivalence and the corresponding benefits within Baleària Club.

How will I know when my transition to Baleària Club is complete?

When the migration of your account to Baleària Club has been completed, we will notify you directly by email.

Through our newsletter and usual communications, you will receive all the necessary information about:

• Access to your new account.
• The benefits and updates of Baleària Club.
• Any important updates related to your profile.

Until then, you can continue to use your usual services and benefits as normal.

What if I already had a Baleària Club account?

If you already had a Baleària Club account, your accounts will be automatically merged so you can manage everything from a single profile.

The merger will include:

• Your accumulated points.
• Your membership level.
• Your associated data and benefits.

This way, you will enjoy a simpler, more personalised, and comprehensive experience within Baleària Club.
