Please note that changes to your booking may incur costs depending on the fare type and the modification you wish to make.
Changes on the routes Algeciras - Tangier Med, Motril - Tangier Med and Tarifa - Tangier City
If you need to make changes or modifications to your ticket, you can do up to 48 hours before the vessel’s departure and 100% free of charge through My Bookings, by calling our customer service, or at one of our roadside sales points.
Changes on the Algeciras - Ceuta route
You can make changes to your Algeciras - Ceuta trip free of charge.
Changes on the Almería - Nador and Málaga - Melilla routes
Time changes on these routes are allowed but involve re-pricing:
- If you make changes more than 48 hours before your trip, you may have to pay a price difference.
- Changes made within the 48 hours before your trip incur a penalty and a possible price difference.
Changes on the Málaga-Melilla route incur a penalty only if you switch to the Almería-Nador route.
