What should I do if I see a “Pending Payment”?

We know that sometimes the connection can fail and that you need to travel now, so to make sure you don’t have any problems, if for any reason we cannot charge your card (connection failure, error, block by your bank or insufficient funds), we allow Easy Pass users to pay after boarding. 

This deferred payment is only allowed once for Easy Pass users, so in order to travel again, you must first settle the pending payment.
