Formentera Express

You can redeem your Formentera Express ticket to travel between Ibiza and Formentera on any of our boats at the time that best suits you (see formenteraexpress.com for available times). That means that during the purchase process you do NOT need to select a day, time or boat.   

Just show up at the boarding area whenever you wish with your tickets in your hand.

With Formentera Express no, you don't. Your ticket is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. You can redeem it on the day you travel, within the validity period.

Your Formentera Express ticket is for a single use and is valid for 365 days from the day of purchase. 

Within this period of validity, you can redeem it to travel on the day and at the time of your choice, simply by presenting your ticket at the boarding area, with no unnecessary queues or waiting. 

Yes, the ticket is refundable, as long as it complies with Baleària's contracting conditions.

It is unlikely that you won't be able to get on the Ibiza-Formentera boat, but this could happen, especially in the summer months. If this is the case, you will just have to wait for the next ship. 

We have departures every 30 minutes or so, so any wait will be very short. 

Of course! You can board the ship with your suitcases, backpacks, bags and other normal travel luggage.

To transport other types of luggage, such as very large objects, canoes, kayaks... you will need to book through balearia.com and indicate this during the booking process, as we need to inform our staff on board about extraordinary luggage. 

Of course! Your ticket allows you on board with your pet (a dog or a cat). For special cases, please contact our support team via the web chat.
