Club Baleària

As of March 31, 2021, all Club members who do not have their email registered or that is duplicated in several accounts will cease to be members of the Baleària Club.

• If you have several registrations to the Baleària Club linked to a single email address, you can update your account and your email address by entering your profile by clicking here.

• If you cannot access your private area of the Club, call 912 660 215 or fill out our customer service form, so that your email can be updated and you can enter your private area.

If you are a member of the Baleària Club and you make a reservation in a standard seat, you will be able to access a superior seat showing your boarding pass where it shows that you are a member of the club.
Remember that this advantage is subject to availability.

If you're a Club Baleària member, you can obtain a 10% discount in on-board bars, restaurants and stores. All you have to do is show your boarding pass that identifies you as a member.

If you're a Club Baleària member and you've travelled three times on routes that connect the Balearic Islands to the Spanish mainland or between islands (except for Ibiza-Formentera), you can enjoy a 10% discount on the purchase of your next ticket. 

This benefit is applied automatically starting with the third reservation.  You can check it in the details of your purchase. 

Conditions: 

• You must have travelled three time within one year. 
• The advantage expires in the year you made the first trip. 
• Can be added to other discounts. 
• Applies to all reservations, both passenger and car. 

You can also enjoy a 20% discount on the Ibiza-Formenteraroute. This discount will be applied from the first trip. 

Conditions: 

• Only applicable with full fare 
• Can't be added to other discounts.

Currently, there isn't a physical club card. If you want one, you can download the digital card, logging into your member profile. However, whether you are a member or not is indicated on your boarding pass.To benefit from the on-board advantages, all you have to do is show your boarding pass.

If you are a resident of Ceuta and a Club Baleària member, you earn 1 point for each trip you make. Each point is worth 1€.

You can exchange these points for products in our Tax Free store in the centre of Ceuta.

The advantage of boarding your car for free can only be obtained if you travel on the Ibiza-Formentera route.  

Every ten trips, you receive a voucher to travel on the Ibiza-Formentera route, and every 20, on any of Baleària's routes. 

We'll let you know you have completed the trips in an SMS sent automatically at the end of each month.To book a reservation for your car for free, you'll need to visit the ticket office in Ibiza or Formenera.

Conditions:

• The prize winner has 30 days to spend the prize of 10 trips and 6 months to spend the prize of 20 trips. 
• Awards transferable to family and friends.
• Subject to availability.
• To receive the free car prize between Ibiza-Formentera (10 trips), you must pay for the trips with your money card.
