New regulations for discounts 2021 Does the discount for residents still exist?

The discount applicable to those citizens of the European Union who reside in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla is still in force. However, from 1 January 2021, on the basis of the new regulations on Allowances for the transport of residents, included in the General State Budget Act for 2021, the discount of resident will apply at the end of the online purchase process rather than at the beginning, as was the case so far.
