In case of traveling with a vehicle as a passenger, without being the owner, you must present the following documentation to the customs authorities:
- Original and definitive technical sheet of the vehicle. It is not allowed to travel with a provisional circulation permit or a "carte grise barrée".
- Written authorization for the transfer of the vehicle. The document must be original, signed by the car owner and the person transporting it to Algeria. It must be signed and stamped by a notary.
- Copy of the identity document or passport of the car owner and the person transporting it to Algeria.
- Have a round-trip ticket on the Algeria routes.
