- Loss or theft and damages that may occur to the bicycle during the rental period, whether due to accident or mistreatment, will be the responsibility of the tenant. In case of breakdown of the bicycle, assistance will be provided by the rental company. The vehicles are insured for third-party liability.
- The tenant receives the bicycle in perfect working condition, which is verified at the time of taking possession.
- A one-day rental is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- Any bicycle found without its corresponding lock will be removed by the company, without any right to claim. The tenant is responsible for the lock provided by the company to secure the bicycles and must pay the amount of €20 in case of loss or misuse of it.
- The bicycle must be returned to the same point where it was rented.
